• A training program that is rescheduled at least two-weeks prior to the first day of training will incur no penalties.  Rescheduling is subject to availability.
• A training program that is cancelled at least two-weeks prior to the first day of training is subject to a 15% penalty.
• A training program that is cancelled after booking a flight is subject to actual cost of the flight.
• A training program that is cancelled or rescheduled within the two-week time period is subject to a 15% penalty plus expenses incurred.  Expenses will likely include the full cost of the flight.
• A training program that is cancelled after delivery of the training manual and exercises or CD is due in full.
