Creo Parametric (Pro/Engineer) Advanced Surfacing Course

Prerequisite: Basic Design plus 120 hrs

This course is similar in content to PTC's 'Surface Modeling with Pro/Engineer' also known as 'Designing with Surfaces'.

 Course Description:  This course is designed for the advanced Creo Parametric (Pro/Engineer) user.  While the prerequisite is only Basic Design plus 120 hours, hundreds of hours using Pro/Engineer is desirable. 

While the following outline may appear traditional, the content is quite different and exceptional.   This is a true advanced surfacing course that incorporates top-down techniques.  More specifically, this course is not about 'picks and clicks', but rather strategies to successfully incorporate surfacing techniques into your solid models.  The creation of quality surfaces is a common theme throughout these topics.
 

 

The following modules are recommended for a two day Advanced Surfacing course.  If desired, any module can be replaced with a different topic.

The Advanced Surface Extension (ASX) is required to complete many of the topics for this course.
